Cancellation PolicyWe understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your videography services. Please review the following cancellation policy carefully before booking your services:Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your services less than 30 days before the event date, no refund will be given.
In the event of a mishap on the client's end (e.g., venue cancellation, illness, etc.), a full refund will be provided.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late to the shoot, the shoot will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
If the client requests to reschedule the shoot, the deposit may be transferred one time within one month of the original booking.
After receiving the video draft, you have 24 hours to request simple changes.
If you need the video emailed, you must request this on the day of the video shoot.
